I’m not sure if it’s the best time, but I do know it’s not the worst. I had my eyes on a lot of stocks in recents months, and I’ve decided to start buying. Not sure when the market will bottom, but I know I’m not at the top.
My personal picks: BYD, VLO, UNH, WFMI, S, SBUX, NKE, AIG, and even WM.
I wouldn’t invest a lot in WM, but a little…just for the potential upside benefit.

If you look at the wealthiest people in the world, most of themn buy low and sell huigh. Unless you believe the wjhole nation is crumbling( which I certsainly do not, then its a great time to buy.
everythig is ON SALE.

If you are feeling risky check out a company called Premier Exibitions( PRXI). I ve been following for 3 years.. low downside and I believe the stock will be 20-30 in 3-4 years. Its around $4. Check out all the news on it. Its pretty good.
Always buy low and sell high. Enjoy the discounted market. The good times will return eventually. Historically, they always do!
