Absolutely…not! I’m sorry for the swapping of sections from left to right, top to bottom, but in pursuit of finding some method to the madness, I had to. This is how I now have my site laid out:

I spent much of the day cleaning up my site.
First by validating my markup (XHTML/HTML) for errors and warnings. I went from over 200 errors down to 2. The last 2 I just could not fix. If you’re really bored and want to help me, here’s the link that’ll tell you my errors.
Finally, I validated my CSS code…yeah, that still has problems as well, but I got rid of a couple major errors. Now I’m tired. I’m going to bed. Overall, it took me about 2 hours to finish up everything. Now there’s apparently a problem when you refresh my website with Internet Explorer a couple of times, sometimes my CSS won’t show up. 
EDIT: I’ve added some code that supposedly helps, but I’m not sure…
